Yoga Therapy sessions are tailored to meet your individual needs. We work together to create your goals and a plan to complete those goals.


Yoga Therapy may focus on relief from chronic pain, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, cancer, addiction, or other issues that are holding you back from living a complete life.

Group Chair Yoga

Offer Chair Yoga to your residents

Group sessions diversify health and wellness activities. Your residents will be introduced to ancient yogic teachings in moving the body to improve overall health.

Senior Citizen Exercise Class

Chair Yoga

Gentle Yoga for Older Adults

Designed to improve flexibility and strengthen the body from the comfort of your chair. Made to empower you, this class begins with breath work and ends with a meditation to start your day.

Bring a mat and enjoy this gentle, slow flow yoga class in the fresh air. This program offered by the Age Strong Commission, City of Boston will run until the last Tuesday in September at the Christopher Columbus Waterfront Park.
